Privacy Policy
Buying a firearm or ammunition online means sharing personal details, and we take that seriously. This page explains exactly what we collect, why we need it, and how you stay in control of it. If anything here is unclear, email us at sales@tinstarshootingrange.com and we will walk you through it.
What We Collect
When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us as part of the buying and selling process. That includes your name, your address, and your email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address. This gives us information that helps us learn about your browser and your operating system.
Email Updates
With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. You choose whether you want them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Your Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or give you an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If you change your mind after opting in, you may withdraw your consent at any time. That covers our contacting you as well as the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information. Just reach out to us at sales@tinstarshootingrange.com.
When We Share Your Information
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, or if you violate our Terms of Service.
