Shipping Policy
Here is exactly how your order gets to you, how long it takes, and the few details that keep it from getting held up. Reading this before you check out will save you time.
How Long It Takes
All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or from our in store inventory within 5 to 7 business days. We ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
Where We Ship
We ship to the lower 48 states. Our flat rate shipping applies to the lower 48 as well. We currently do not ship to states outside the lower 48, and we do not ship internationally.
Because we cannot fulfill an order outside that area, an order placed outside of it will be canceled and a restocking fee will be applied. Please check that your destination is in the lower 48 before you place your order. Restocking fee details are covered in our Terms of Sale and Use.
Billing and Shipping Addresses Must Match
Your billing address and your shipping address have to match. This protects you and us. If they do not match, the order cannot be processed and will be flagged as fraud. When that happens, we issue the funds back to you as a gift card so you can place the order correctly.
Firearms and Serialized Items
If your order includes a firearm or another serialized item, our system identifies it as such and routes it to the FFL dealer you selected at checkout.
Please do not enter the FFL as your shipping address. Choose your FFL in the field provided and leave your own address in the shipping field. Full details on buying a firearm online, including how the FFL transfer works, are covered in our Terms of Sale and Use.
Ammunition Shipments
All ammunition ships ground with an adult signature required at delivery. Please plan for an adult to be available to sign for the package.
