Strap provides a low profile, secure, and quickly accessible tourniquet holder that can be mounted on any MOLLE platform where 3 vertical MOLLE loops are available. The elastic loops can fit a variety of NATO style tourniquets such as the SOF-T, C-A-T, and other similar sized tourniquets. The elastic loops of the TNS can fit smaller sized tourniquets or other items such as flex cuffs. The Tourniquet NOW! can be installed on top of the Trauma Kit NOW! or on either side of the Admin Pouch.

How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within 3 to 10 business days from our store or a distributor warehouse by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Flat rate shipping is $10.95 an order to the lower 48 states. Firearms ship only to a licensed FFL dealer.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final on firearms, ammunition, and optics. Canceled or returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call us at 580-774-0396 before sending anything back.
Is there a warranty?
New firearms ship in the original box with the manufacturer's warranty, and warranty work goes back to the factory within one year of purchase. Accessories carry their own manufacturer warranty.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the lower 48 states only. Ammunition ships ground with an adult signature required, and your billing and shipping addresses must match.
