The Xcel 500BT combines sophisticated sound processing, intuitive menu navigation, and rich electronic control features with an intelligent, forward-thinking approach to design and ergonomics that delivers a hearing protection and enhancement system without precedent in the shooting sports and hunting industries. The XCEL 500BT's next-generation Sound-Activated Compression and variable Dynamic Sound Suppression automatically adjusts compression time according to noise level intensity and duration instead of using conventional "fixed-time" compression. Additionally, the XCEL 500BT allows the wearer to select between four different listening modes: Universal, Speech Clarity, High Frequency, and Power Boost. The XCEL 500BT also comes with programmable auto shut-off, so forgetting to turn the muffs off and accidentally running down batteries is a thing of the past. Bluetooth compatibility is another valuable feature. By pairing the XCEL 500BT to a mobile device, calls and notifications connect through the muffs. Messages and conversations can be heard clearly even in noisy environments.

How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship within 3 to 10 business days from our store or a distributor warehouse by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Flat rate shipping is $10.95 an order to the lower 48 states. Firearms ship only to a licensed FFL dealer.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final on firearms, ammunition, and optics. Canceled or returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call us at 580-774-0396 before sending anything back.
Is there a warranty?
New firearms ship in the original box with the manufacturer's warranty, and warranty work goes back to the factory within one year of purchase. Accessories carry their own manufacturer warranty.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the lower 48 states only. Ammunition ships ground with an adult signature required, and your billing and shipping addresses must match.
